Participants are matched with an employer, and then provided with a paid work experience placement. If the placement is successful, they are offered a job. This bypasses hurdles such as applications and interviews that can be intimidating barriers to survivors.

Causeway has the contract to deliver the National Matching Service for the Co-operative, which matches participants with employers. Existing business members include Balfour Beatty, Currys, Greencore, MidCounties Coop, Morrisons and Pilgrim’s UK.
