It is Alison’s responsibility to ensure that Causeway is a positive and supportive place to work, as well as ensuring the whole employee journey is a great one. She oversees the employee experience, from recruitment, to learning and development, employee wellbeing, as well as ensuring that our workplace is inclusive, and employees feel valued. It is essential that in order for our employees to provide excellent support to our service users, our staff must have the tools, resources and support to provide that standard of excellence. Alison started her career in finance before moving to a career in People, and working within the People and Culture Department as a manager before her appointment as Head of People and Culture in early 2023.
