At Causeway we want to ensure that our staff have access to the tools and support they need to deliver an excellent service.

This includes access to regular peer group support sessions with a qualified counsellor and a weekly wellbeing hour so employees have the freedom to prioritise their own wellbeing in their working week. We also have a very popular cycle to work scheme and staff socials throughout the year so you can find community within the workplace.

All employees have access to Medicash – a healthcare plan that offers cashback on some day to day health treatments, as well as access to a 24/7 GP, and eight counselling sessions a year.

Causeway Academy is our in-house learning and development platform that offers a range of mandatory and optional training sessions that ensure our people have the tools and knowledge to carry out their roles effectively and provide excellent support to our service users.

Causeway’s full-time Safeguarding Lead ensures both staff and service users are safeguarded appropriately. We also have a dedicated Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Manager, as well as active ethnic minority, LGBTQ+ and disability staff networks.
